License Renewal

It is time to renew your license for 2023-2024. You can renew your license by logging into your account and clicking on the renewal link to the right.  Please enter your license number and password to log in to your account. If you have forgotten your password, please use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.

Please be advised that if you do not renew your license by July 1st your license will automatically be suspended as of July 2nd and you will not be able to practice until you have reinstated your license. Please be sure to renew any permit you currently hold. If you inadvertently miss the July 1st deadline, you will be able to reinstate your license and permits by fulfilling all renewal requirements, if done within 30 days of the suspension. After that 30 day grace period, you will be required to complete the full reinstatement process and reapply for any permits previously held.

In order to ensure the accuracy of your personal information, you must complete your own renewal application. To avoid delay during the renewal process, you may wish to select your primary office in the "Contact Information" module prior to beginning your renewal. If you do not see your office listed or the information listed is incorrect, please contact our office at
